Experience one of the Columbus Italian Festival’s most popular traditions at the 2026 Cugini Law Bocce Tournament!
This year features new, expanded bocce courts, allowing for more teams, more competition, and more opportunities to enjoy one of Italy’s most beloved games.
Whether you’re a seasoned bocce player or simply looking for some friendly competition, our tournament offers exciting play all weekend long with cash prizes awarded to the top finishers. Team entry also includes admission to the Columbus Italian Festival, where you can enjoy authentic Italian food, live entertainment, shopping, and family activities throughout the weekend.
Festival hours are Friday, October 9, from 5:00 PM–11:00 PM; Saturday, October 10, from 10:00 AM–11:00 PM; and Sunday, October 11, from 12:00 PM–7:00 PM.

Space is limited and tournaments will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Register early to reserve your team’s spot!

Two-Person Tournament
Single Elimination
- Maximum 26 teams
- 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- $100 per team (includes 2 festival admission tickets)
- Games played to 13 points (Championship games are played to 15 points)
- Prize Money*:
- 1st: $600
- 2nd: $400
- 3rd: $150
- 4th: $75
- 5th–6th: $50 each
Saturday, Oct 10
Four-Person Tournament
Double Elimination – Saturdays tournament may roll over into Sunday if time necessitates
- Maximum 30 teams
- 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- $300 per team (includes 4 festival admission tickets)
- Games played to 12 points (Championship games are played to 15 points)
- Two players compete from each side during play.
- Prize Money*:
- 1st: $1,500
- 2nd: $750
- 3rd: $500
- 4th: $400
- 5th–6th: $300 each
Sunday, Oct 11
Four-Person Tournament
Single Elimination
- Maximum 20 teams
- 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- $160 per team (includes 4 festival admission tickets)
- Games played to 12 points (Championship games are played to 15 points)
- Four-person walk format.
- Prize Money*:
- 1st: $400
- 2nd: $200
- 3rd: $100
